Currently we offer three HeartMoves Experience classes via Zoom, and a free in-person class at People’s Place in Kingston, NY.
Zoom class time slots are one-hour, beginning with 10-15 minutes for connection and community-building, and 45 minutes of HeartMoves transformative movement and flow.
People’s Place is a non-profit community center, food pantry, and thrift shop in Ulster County. HeartMoves donates and runs free workshops through its Wellness Empowerment Center. If you are in the area, attending this class is a must-do group experience. All are welcome.
